Failure Phenomenon

cause

Approach

1 Check the main motor power connection

2 Check the temperature display of each section and find the relevant records to confirm the warm-up time

3 Check whether the heaters are damaged or have bad wiring

Approach

1 Add material to the hopper

2 Eliminate foreign matter at the hopper mouth or remove bridging phenomenon

3 If it is confirmed that foreign matter enters the extruder, the screw should be shut down to remove the clogged hard objects.

4 Check whether the driven pulley is rotating. If the rotation is normal and the "no-feeding" or "hard object blockage" is eliminated, the screw may be twisted, and the screw should be shut down immediately, and the screw should be disassembled and replaced and repaired

5 Check the screw cooling water system and increase the screw cooling water volume
