Failure Phenomenon

2 Check the temperature display of each section and find the relevant records to confirm the warm-up time

3 Check whether the heaters are damaged or have bad wiring

Failure phenomenon

2 The main motor rotates, but the screw does not rotate

cause

1 The transmission belt is loose and slipping; 2 the safety button is cut off; 3 the gear box is faulty

Approach

1 Adjust the center distance between the two pulleys and tighten the belt

2 Check the safety key, analyze the cause of the cut, and replace it

3 Overhaul the gearbox

Failure phenomenon

3 rods have a speed display but no material can be squeezed out

cause
1 There is no material in the hopper, and the feeding port is blocked by foreign matter or bridging occurs, and the material cannot be discharged;

2 Hard objects such as metal (such as nuts) fall into the screw to block the cap groove, and the material cannot be transported

3 The screw is twisted from the root of the feeding

4 Screw The temperature of the barrel is too high, and the internal cooling of the screw is not good, resulting in the phenomenon of shaft holding

5 Equipment wear

Approach

1 Add material to the hopper

2 Eliminate foreign matter at the hopper mouth or remove bridging phenomenon

3 If it is confirmed that foreign matter enters the extruder, the screw should be shut down to remove the clogged hard objects.

4 Check whether the driven pulley is rotating. If the rotation is normal and the "no-feeding" or "hard object blockage" is eliminated, the screw may be twisted, and the screw should be shut down immediately, and the screw should be disassembled and replaced and repaired

5 Check the screw cooling water system and increase the screw cooling water volume
