This is our LDK series plastic pelletizing machine.Used for crushing and recycling LDPE HDPE series. Such as plastic bags, plastic wrap, plastic wrap,etc.The extrusion has high compression, full particles, and the shape is similar to the new slice. It can produce rich, dense and glossy particles.This machine line is fed through the magnet conveyor, and the raw material is put into the feeder. The feeder can realize uniform feeding and improve the stability of the machine. The raw material is plasticized and pushed to the filter die head through the rotation of the main screw. Then the raw material enters the auxiliary machine to realize secondary plasticization and filtration.Through the water ring hot cutting realize straight -cutting and underwater cutting process allows the molten plastics to be out and cooled directly, so the water can be removed efficiently after high-speed dewatering process provinga better drying effect. The subsequent process is equipped with the vibrating screen to cool down the granule, the imputer granule will be removed automatically so the automation and easy operation can be achieved for the making process.
